Sick Visits
Sick visits are there for you when you feel poorly and need clear answers quickly. Instead of waiting days for an opening or wondering if you should head to urgent care, you can be seen promptly by a provider who already knows your health history and medications.
Every visit starts with a focused acute illness evaluation. We listen carefully to your symptoms, review your background, and perform a targeted exam to pinpoint what is going on. When needed, we can order or perform tests to clarify whether you are dealing with a virus, bacterial infection, flare of a chronic condition, or something else entirely.
If you have signs of infection-such as ear pain, sinus pressure, sore throat, urinary burning, or skin redness-we provide infection treatment based on current guidelines and your individual risks. This may include prescriptions, symptom relief strategies, and clear instructions on when to call if things are not improving.
Seasonal and environmental allergies can make daily life miserable. Our allergy flare-up care focuses on quickly calming symptoms like sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, or rashes, and reviewing long-term steps to reduce future flares. For colds and flu, we offer cold and flu management aimed at easing fever, cough, body aches, and fatigue while watching for warning signs that might require a higher level of care.
We also evaluate non-emergency minor injuries, such as sprains, strains, bruises, and small cuts. During a minor injury assessment, we check for limitations in movement, assess for possible fractures or deeper damage, advise on wound care, and discuss safe return to work or activities. The goal of every sick visit is the same: to help you feel better faster, understand what is happening with your body, and know exactly how to care for yourself once you get home.
